1 cup of raw Almonds SOAKED OVERNIGHT IN COOL WATER
5 cups of filtered water
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons organic pure maple syrup
1/8 (pinch) kosher salt
organic chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons of dark Cacoa powder, Plant-based

Drain then rinse the nuts in cool water and add to a blender with 5 cups of filtered water, vanilla extract, maple syrup, kosher salt, and Cacao powder
Blend for 2 minutes and pour into a nut milk bag set in a large bowl. Squeeze all of the liquid out of the nut bag into the large bowl until all of the liquid is extracted, discard the pulp
Take each glass container and drizzle down the sides of each bottle 1 Tablespoon of the chocolate sauce
Pour the nut milk into the glass containers
Store in the refrigerator. The Almond milk will keep for 4 days. It does separate as you will see so make sure you shake it well before serving
This recipe will make 5 to 6 cups of nut milk
