Nuts are packed with protein and most contain heart-healthy unsaturated fats. The good fats in nuts lower bad cholesterol levels and are loaded with antioxidants that can help you lose weight and reduce inflammation. This “SOOTHIE”  is filled with heart, brain, and gut healthy, minerals, and vitamins! Just look at all of the goodness that goes into this delicious drink! I enjoy this “SOOTHIE” for breakfast, or my afternoon 4:00 o’clock pick me up!

Ingredients

Serves 2

1  banana

8 almonds, 8 walnuts, and 8 pecans

1 tablespoon organic chunky peanut butter

1 tablespoon ORGANIC cacao powder

16 ice cubes

1/2 cup unsweetened MALK ALMOND MILK

½ cup of coconut milk

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon organic maple syrup

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

4 tablespoons FLOURISH, “GOLDEN HEART COCONUT CRUNCH”, or your favorite kind of Flourish Granola.

Instructions

Place the banana, nuts, peanut butter, cacao powder, ice cubes, MALK, coconut milk, hemp seeds, and maple syrup in a blender; process for a one minute until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top each with 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 2  tablespoons each of your favorite FLOURISH GRANOLA!
