RASPBERRY PARFAIT WITH DAIRY-FREE WHIPPED CREAM!

Drinking SMOOTHIES is a way to incorporate more fruit, vegetables, nuts, nut milk, nut butter and seeds, Greek yogurt, and dairy foods into your diet! Green smoothies are important to include too and I make at least two a week to get my dark, leafy greens such as spinach, kale, and spirulina. Spirulina is a powerful plant-based protein.
