1 cup fresh orange juice
½ cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1 small banana
2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted cut into chunks or 2 cups of frozen peaches
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla syrup
1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
12 ice cubes
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon of monk fruit or stevia
COCONUT WATER NOTE; 1/2 cup of organic pure coconut water if necessary on the side if need to add 1/4 cup at a time into the smoothie if you find that it is too thick. You want it smooth and creamy. (OPTIONAL)
2 tablespoons of your favorite FLOURISH GRANOLA
Coconut whipped cream
Add the first 10 ingredients into a Vitamix or a high-power blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth
