BERRY SMOOTHIE WITH PEANUT BUTTER!

I used our homemade Peanut Butter that we put into our “FLOURISH, PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA to make this beautiful and delicious smoothie. It is filled with goodness and health benefits to start the New Year!

INGREDIENTS

Makes 1- 8 oz drink with some leftover that can be split to make two 4 oz. drinks

1 Banana

1 heaping tablespoon of organic peanut butter

1 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup blueberries (save 3 blueberries and put aside for garnish)

1/2 cup blackberries (save 3 blackberries and put aside for garnish)

1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds (save 5 Pomegranate seeds and put aside for garnish)

12 ice cubes

1 tablespoon of Hemp seeds (optional)

2 teaspoons of chia seeds (optional)

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup of FLOURISH, PEANUT BUTTER, granola, or crushed peanuts

2 tablespoons of Coconut whipping cream

1 small stem of fresh mint

DIRECTIONS

Place 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter into a small bowl and use a whisk to make it smooth, and creamy. Dip the rim of the glass into the peanut butter and swirl. Roll it over granola or crushed peanuts. Set the glass aside

Place the first 9 ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Pour into a glass leaving an inch at the top to place the whipped cream.

Garnish with the berries and mint!
