I drink one 6 ounce glass of ALKALINE WATER with 1 teaspoon of ground Turmeric every day. I sometimes substitute the water with my homemade cashew milk! Whisk the turmeric in and drink immediately all at once. This is not a sipping drink. I keep a toothbrush in my kitchen drawer.Turmeric powder will stain your teeth so it’s best to brush:)
Latte! 1-ounce Espresso (one-shot)
1/4 tsp. stevia
1/2 cup cashew, or almond milk, or any milk of your choice
1/4 tsp. Ground turmeric,
1/8 tsp. Ground cinnamon,
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract,
1 tsp. pure maple syrup,
2/3 cup SO Delicious Dairy Free CocoWhip Coconut Whipped Topping,
1 heaping tablespoon of FLOURISH Turmeric Granola!
Place all of the ingredients with the exception of the CocoWhip and granola, into a saucepan and whisk briskly over medium heat until HOT! Pour into a heated mug, add the Coco whip and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top and the Turmeric Granola! Enjoy right away before the whipped cream starts to melt! If it does just mix it in! To your health!
