Yes, I call my SMOOTHIES, “SOOTHIES” because that’s what they do, soothes body, mind, and soul! Find a place where you can sit and enjoy your experience. Eating and drinking is always an experience, make it a good one. Taste the experience and be in tune with your surroundings. It will center you, clear your head, give you energy and you will able to continue your day in a positive way. The serving in the skinny single glasses is 6 oz. We still need to consider the Natural sugars from the fruit so I would not recommend drinking more than 4 to 6 oz.

STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE WITH PEANUT BUTTER
Serves 5 to 6- 4 oz servings
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 medium frozen banana
1/2 cup organic plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup all-natural organic creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon Hemp seeds
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups almond chocolate milk
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix for one minute until smooth and creamy
Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of chocolate sauce
