1/4 cup of organic greek yogurt, serve on the side 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
POMEGRANATE BERRY SMOOTHIE
Makes 2 serving
1/2 cup of organic pomegranate juice
1/2 cup cashew or almond milk
1/2 cup organic Greek Yogurt
1 small banana
6 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon of Stevia
10 ice cubes
1/2 cup of Cocowhip, Whipped Topping
3 tablespoons of Granola
Top with 4 to 5 blueberries
Place the first 7 ingredients in a blender and process for 1minute
                                                                      WHOLE WHEAT TOAST PEANUT BUTTER
                                                                      BANANAS, DRIZZLE OF HONEY CHIA SEEDS
                                                                      1 TABLESPOON PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA
BANANAS GRANOLA ORGANIC
DARK CHOCOLATE
