Because of their potent anti-inflammatory effects, cherries may help reduce symptoms of arthritis and gout which is a type of arthritis caused by a buildup of uric acid that causes swelling and pain in your joints. Cherry juice helps your joints and muscles after an intense workout, a run, or playing sports. Consider adding Cherries, or cherry juice into your diet. You can NEVER be too young to start taking care of your body! You can add Fresh cherries when in the season to smoothies, salads, and granola!
Makes 2 cups (8 ounces each) servings. Or 4 (4-ounce servings)
1 cup fresh organic cherries, pitted or organic frozen cherries (If cherries are in season use fresh)
1 cup of BLACK CHERRY 100% PREMIUM JUICE
8 to 10 ice cubes
1/2-cup cashew milk
1-teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of Stevia (natural sweetener)
2 tablespoons of your favorite “FLOURISH” GRANOLA to sprinkle on top of each serving
2 heaping tablespoons of SO DELICIOUS, DAIRY FREE, COCOWHIP TOPPING for each serving
2 cherries to top each serving
