INGREDIENTS

 

 

Serves 2

1 green apple (Granny Smith) peeled and seeded

1-cup organic apple juice

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons organic pure maple syrup

1 banana

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1-teaspoon hemp

1-teaspoon chia seeds

¼ cup walnuts

Pinch of salt (1/8 teaspoon)

8 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Place first 12 ingredients in a blender for 1 minute until smooth and creamy

GARNISH

Garnish Strawberries, a slice of pineapple, sprinkle of unsweetened coconut

pinch of ground cinnamon

A small sprig of fresh mint
